As of Wednesday, July 1, all authorized parkers will need to return to parking in their authorized lot and Parking Services will monitor compliance with all lots.
Since late March, Parking Services has concentrated on monitoring patient visitor lots, but will resume monitoring all lots beginning Wednesday, July 1. Parking Services employees continue to work remotely, but are available by phone or email to resolve any parking issues.
As a result of COVID-19, employees who carpool can park both vehicles in the same lot until Aug. 3. After Aug. 3, normal carpool rules go back into effect, meaning if both employees are on campus, one of the vehicles must park in daily rate and pay the $3 fee.
Individuals who need parking or who cancelled their parking earlier this spring, should contact Parking Services at 402-559-8580 or at parking@unmc.edu. Parking Services will make every effort to return parkers to their previous lots.
