  • Name:Ronald Sulewski, M.D.
  • Hometown: St. Louis

  • Title and department at UNMC/Nebraska Medicine: Assistant professor, UNMC Department of Dermatology; director of laser and aesthetic dermatology, Nebraska Medicine

Research/professional interests:

I am interested in general medical and surgical dermatology, with a passion for cosmetic procedures. During training in Miami and while in private practice in downtown Chicago, I developed expertise in a variety of procedures ranging from injectables to lasers to surgical removals.

How I fell in love with dermatology:

My favorite thing about dermatology is seeing a wide variety of patients in a specialized field. We take care of men and women of all ages with some concerns that can be resolved quickly and others that need managed in the longer term. Also, patients care about their skin. They are motivated to keep their skin healthy and care for problems that arise. Being able to deliver the highest level of care to address patients’ cosmetic concerns in a safe, natural-looking way is a special focus of mine.
