Repairing her dream to dance

When she suddenly lost the ability to speak on her way home from a Christmas party, Penny Noack's son knew something was terribly wrong. He acted quickly, getting her to the hospital in Sioux City, Iowa. Through a telestroke consultation, Dr. Scott Diesing knew Penny needed to get to Nebraska Medical Center. Time is everything when it comes to stroke, and Penny's story shows how fast action and diagnosis saved her life.
