Marcus Lewis will bring the Marcus Lewis Quintet to Omaha Aug. 3 to open the series.

UNMC and UNO are among the sponsors of Summer Sounds at Highlander, a community concert series presented by Omaha Performing Arts in partnership with Seventy Five North.

On Aug. 24, Mwenso & The Shakes! will perform a blend of blues, jazz and African and Afro-American music.
