The cutting-edge 3-D, virtual reality and other simulation technology at UNMC’s iEXCEL Program — and how it is changing health education — was featured on a new NET series, “What If. . .,” that showcases innovative ideas.
NET, Nebraska’s PBS and NPR stations, created the television series to follow visionaries who aren’t afraid to think outside the box.
An online extension of the “What If. . .” television series is “Innovator Insights,” which are short videos intended for the next generation of young innovators. They feature innovators from diverse backgrounds, including some who are featured in “What If. . .” stories.
UNMC’s Pam Boyers, Ph.D., associate vice chancellor for clinical simulation, was featured in an “Innovator Insights” video.
