UNMC’s annual membership drive to The Rose Theater is under way and will run until June 28. During the drive, The Rose Theater will be offering a $20 discount on its 2019-2020 family membership to UNMC employees, faculty and staff.
For $85 for a family of four, members will receive:
- Four free tickets to each of the six regular season shows, a total of 24 free tickets.
- Discounts on tickets to the Rose’s two premium-event shows, “Elf the Musical” and “The Sound of Music.”
- A free member day, complete with workshops, hands-on activities, building tours and more.
- Registration fee waived for students taking Broadway and drama classes at the Rose.
- 10% discount on costume rentals.
The 2019-2020 regular season shows include:
- “Go, Dog, Go!”;
- “Dr. Seuss’ The Cat In The Hat”;
- “Ella Enchanted”;
- “The Diary of Anne Frank”;
- “Naked Mole Rat Gets Dressed: The Rock Experience”; and
- “Corduroy.”

Representatives of The Rose also will be on campus selling memberships June 7 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. during the Community Partners Lunch/Membership Fair. The event will be in the Sorrell Center Alumni Commons (second floor).
