Hobbies: I have always enjoyed DIY projects and using my creative talent to make gifts, decorations, etc. My most recent endeavor since starting graduate school is learning calligraphy. If you frequent Found in Benson, their chalkboard sign was done by yours truly.
Staying Balanced:
For me, staying balanced means trying to stay well-rounded and to nourish other aspects of life outside of being a student. One way I do this is by tending to close relationships with friends and family. I also stay active in my community along with being physically active for my mental and physical health.
Three things people may not know about me:
- I own a hedgehog and a three-legged cat named Ilene…because she leans.
- My birthday is New Year's Day, but I missed out on being the first baby born in the hospital.
- I love dad jokes. "This week I started calling my printer Bob Marley. Cause it’s always jammin’."
