Support available for One Chart upgrade

The latest version of One Chart, Version 2018, was implemented on April 7. One Chart users are now able to utilize the new enhancements that were implemented as part of this upgrade, including the new Visit Taskbar and LDA Avatar.

As always, One Chart analysts are available to help 24 hours a day. You can reach them by calling the IT Help Desk at 402-559-7700, option 2, or submit an online Remedy ticket if you see anything within the system that does not appear to be correct or you need assistance in completing a task. If you prefer, you also can email questions regarding training to OneChartTrainingRequests@nebraskamed.com. Do not email urgent requests.

As a reminder, the 2018 upgrade training materials are still accessible in the upper right hand corner of each learning home within One Chart. These materials can also be found on the One Chart Resources Website New Version Training page.
