Engagement survey is now available

The 2019 UNMC Engagement Survey is now available to take online.

The survey is administered through an e-mail from survey.quantumworkplace.com which contains the URL to access your survey. The survey only takes about 15 minutes to complete and will be available through April 5.

UNMC is requesting your help in creating a work environment that engages employees, fosters growth, inclusion and commitment, and attracts and retains the very best people. The Engagement Survey is an important tool in that effort.

All survey results will be maintained under strict confidentiality by a third-party survey organization, Engage2Excel. Your individual responses will be entirely confidential as Engage2Excel is committed to the anonymity of this process. All analysis will be reported in a summary form only. No individual responses will ever be shared.

UNMC needs your feedback and involvement in order to make improvements. It is your commitment and expertise that makes UNMC successful. You are a piece of UNMC’s puzzle and we need your participation in order to complete it.

“Employee engagement is critical to UNMC,” said Aileen Warren, assistant vice chancellor for business and finance and executive director of human resources. “The engagement survey is an opportunity for employees to provide valuable feedback to assess the organizational culture and to help identify opportunities for improvements that support the UNMC Strategic Plan to strengthen employee loyalty, diversity, engagement, and satisfaction to make UNMC THE preferred working and learning environment.”
