How I fell in love with cardiology:
I first fell in love with this field during my cardiology rotation at the VA my intern year here at UNMC. I was working with some excellent clinicians and educators who made it clear how exciting and dynamic cardiology is. I found working with cardiac patients to be incredibly rewarding as well. In cardiology fellowship, my passion for technology led me down the path of cardiac imaging, as this is an area that is going to continue to evolve with advances in computing. I was incredibly fortunate to work with some great minds in cardiac imaging at the University of Chicago during my fellowship, and I’m thrilled to join such an advanced and forward-thinking group here at UNMC.
