How I fell in love with facial plastic and reconstructive surgery:
I love the variety of cases, from nasal obstruction to the reconstruction of facial changes after trauma or cancer surgery to the general changes of facial features with aging. I enjoy the complexity and the detail-oriented cases that present in facial plastics and reconstructive surgery. In addition to the clinical aspects, there are many wonderful people that have made this specialty fulfilling, fun and have helped me grow.
