Memorial service to celebrate house officer’s life

Jarrod Dye, M.D.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Jarrod Dye, M.D., will take place at noon on Wednesday at the Truhlsen Campus Events Center in the Sorrell Center.

The service is an opportunity for those on campus who knew Dr. Dye to share memories of his life and impact.

A third-year house officer in the UNMC Department of Internal Medicine and provider at Nebraska Medicine – Midtown, Dr. Dye died unexpectedly on Feb. 28. A funeral service was held Sunday in his hometown of Kennett, Mo.
