Culture Fest, the annual celebration that showcases the culture and diversity on the UNMC campus, will be held April 12.
This campuswide event focuses on the many gifts and talents possessed by UNMC employees. This year’s event will be filled with dancing, exhibits, crafts and activities to enlighten and inform about many of the world’s cultures.
Event organizers are seeking individuals and groups to participate in Culture Fest 2018. There are several ways to participate. Groups and/or individuals are needed to assist with the following areas:
- provide hobbies/crafts for display;
- dance groups/line dancing groups to perform;
- storytellers to perform;
- photos of individuals or groups in cultural apparel for display; and
- volunteers to serve during Culture Fest.
