Opera Omaha artists to perform on campus

The Healing Arts Program will host a free lunchtime event Wednesday (Jan. 10) with Opera Omaha.

Featuring music by Giuseppe Verdi and more, “An Afternoon of Song” will begin at noon in the Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center lobby with tenor Lucas Levy and pianist and Opera Omaha Head of Music Sean Kelly.

The free performance is open to patients, families, staff, students and the general public.

The goal of the Healing Arts Program is to promote healing and enhance the lives of patients, families, visitors and staff.
