Celebrate the partnership of UNMC with the Joslyn Art Museum during the Passport Partners’ family event.
On July 27, visit the museum, view the permanent collection, explore “Art Works: A Place for Curiosity,” or tour the special “Bijoux Parisiens” exhibition for free.
At 5 p.m., enjoy light refreshments and a cash bar in the Omaha Steaks Conference Room. Then, at 5:30 p.m., take a guided tour highlighting “Bijoux Parisiens: French Jewelry from the Petit Palais, Paris.” Stick around for the 6:30 p.m. art talk in the Witherspoon Concert Hall, “The Allure of the Past, 100 Years of French Jewelry,” presented by Emily Stoehrer, Ph.D., curator of jewelry at the Museum Fine Arts in Boston.
RSVP by July 24. Please indicate how many from your family will be in attendance.
An employee or student identification badge must be presented for admittance.
This event is offered through the Passport Partners Program, which provides free museum admission for UNMC employees, students and their immediate families, with valid identification. The partnership also offers lectures, workshops and other events on the medical center campus.
