Three things people don’t know about me

  • I enjoy playing soccer and we were recently league champions on an indoor team I played on with both faculty and residents from the University of Louisville in Kentucky.
  • I have sports medicine interests which extend beyond the clinic that have allowed me numerous coverage opportunities, developing a junior rugby academy, volunteering with Special Olympics, participating in an annual amputee golf scramble, in addition to providing care for paralympic athletes.
  • I was previously a patient at UNMC following a major car accident in 1994. As a result of the accident, I sustained 11 facial fractures.
