One of the many benefits of being a student or employee at UNMC and Nebraska Medicine are the discount programs that are available.
A wide variety of local businesses offer discounted prices and special promotions throughout the year, from health and beauty to entertainment and restaurants.
Be sure to check out the discount program page on the intranet as new businesses are added periodically. Several new offers were just added this week including discounts to Corky Boards, NT Nails, and The Grey Plume.
During the month of November, UNMC and Nebraska Medicine faculty, staff and students are entitled to a 50 percent discount on meals at Crave restaurant in Midtown Crossing, as well.
To receive the discount, the med center employee or student must show their UNMC badge and mention the discount. Discount applies to the entire check when paid by the employee/student. Portions paid by non-employees are not eligible for the discount.
The offer is not valid at happy hour or in conjunction with any other offers or promotions. Coupons denoting the 50 percent offer are available, but not necessary to receive the discount.
