Spirit Day events will not be restricted to Omaha’s Friday celebration.
In Lincoln, the College of Nursing will host an ice cream sundae bar at 10 a.m. on Monday, May 2.
In Scottsbluff, the College of Nursing will host an ice cream bar in the assessment lab from 11 a.m. to noon on Thursday.
In Kearney, the College of Nursing and the College of Allied Health Professions will hold a combined Spirit Day event from 10-11:30 a.m. Thursday in the commons area of the Health Science Education Complex, featuring cupcakes and UNMC food containers as giveaways.
In the College of Nursing Northern Division, the event was held Feb. 29 and featured a hot dog and nacho bar.
