Med center customized cycling apparel, featuring the shield emblem and the names of both UNMC and Nebraska Medicine are now available for order. Manufactured by Peak 1 Sports, sleeveless, short- or long-sleeve jerseys are only $30, thanks to Metro Health Services Federal Credit Union, which is sponsoring the jerseys. Bike shorts and bibs are available for only $49. Only UNMC or Nebraska Medicine employees and students are allowed to place orders. Club cut raglan style jerseys in men's/unisex and women's sizes XS-4XL are available to order. The women's version is made without elastic at the bottom since, according to Peak 1 Sports, that design is preferred by most women. Shorts and bibs also are available in men's and women's cut sizes XS-4XL. Payment will be taken with each order. For an order form with ordering instructions and to see the jersey design, click here. Payment can be made with cash, or checks made out to UNMC. Orders also can be placed online here with a credit card. Orders must be placed by Feb. 29. Delivery is expected by May.
