Tell us a bit about what you do here at UNMC.

I am an accountant in the business office at the Munroe-Meyer Institute. I manage accounts for the administration, patient information office, business office, education & child development, recreational therapy and human genetic lab departments here at MMI.

“Working Together” is one of UNMC’s brand values. Tell us about a time you’ve seen a group “working together” at UNMC.
Summer is by far the busiest time here at MMI. Dozens of children come to MMI for Camp Munroe for the six-week day program. This was my first year here at MMI during the camp, and I was beyond impressed with how all the staff worked together to make the camp a success.

What is your favorite end-of-summer activity?
Volleyball! I play volleyball year round, but especially enjoy it when I can play outside in the sand.

List three things people may not know about you.

• I had a destination wedding in 2013 in the Florida Keys and I have an 18-month-old baby boy named Henry.
• I graduated from college at Bellevue University and played third base on their softball team.
• Whether it be football, NASCAR or golf, I love watching all kinds of sports. My favorite NFL team is the Denver Broncos!
