Some UNMC employees are receiving “phishing” emails with subject line: “Your New Paycheck as Adjusted.”
Some of these emails look very legit — and may even have the UNMC logo in them. These emails contain links asking you to click on them.
Do not click on these links. These links, when clicked on, can potentially do damage to your computer or do damage to your log-on credentials — or both.
If you receive one of these phishing emails, please delete the email immediately. If you responded to the email, then please change your password immediately and contact the UNMC Help Desk at 402-559-7700.
ITS urges you to verify authenticity of any email with the sender before clicking on any links. If unsure, play it safe and simply delete the email and contact the UNMC Help Desk at 402-559-7700.

This appears that unmc.edu has been hacked otherwise how can scammers use that domain address to send out emails from university server? I just received similar email with some western union transfer details I had made in February 2019.
