Day in and day out Jason diligently works to keep ITS Video Operations flowing smoothing. He communicates and helps everyone stay focused on the daily activities and events. Whether it’s working with outside Telehealth agencies, students, staff or faculty, Jason provides the highest level of service. Here in Video Operations Jason is called upon to train Vidyo users, troubleshoot and identify user issues, set up conferences and much more; and all within scheduled time constraints. In addition, Jason assists in maintaining, configuring, and installing servers, video bridges, and software critical to the Video Services mission.
The biggest compliment I can pay Jason is that he brings a great attitude to the department. He makes it easy for everyone to walk up and talk to him or call and ask for assistance. Jason Oberdin is an outstanding representative for ITS Video Services and UNMC.
