Decoration day for RSTE at the Ronald McDonald House
On Dec. 4, the Radiation Science Technology Education (RSTE) students, faculty, alumni board and family members participated in their annual tradition of decorating the UNMC Ronald McDonald House for the holidays (pictured above). The event also engaged several children who are currently in residence at the house.
MMI AmeriCorps holds clothing drive for the Open Door Mission
The Munroe-Meyer Institute’s AmeriCorps is holding a “Winter Survival Drive” for the Open Door Mission. The drive is seeking new items of clothing such as coats, gloves, hats and scarves, and donations are being accepted from today through Jan. 22.
