All UNMC and clinical enterprise employees are encouraged to join the Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center team.

Ten million people will be diagnosed with breast cancer in the next 25 years. The Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure strives to raise funds and awareness through events and legislative actions.

Up to 75 percent of net proceeds raised by Komen races in Nebraska stay within the state. These funds are used to support innovative breast health projects focusing on education, screening, and/or treatment across a 91-county service area.
