“Remembering our Fallen,” a photo exhibit honoring those who made the ultimate sacrifice in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, will be on display at The Nebraska Medical Center, inside Clarkson Tower, until July 30.
The exhibit is a reminder of the ultimate sacrifices made by Nebraska soldiers since Sept. 11, 2001. Bill and Evonne Williams of Omaha created the display, which has been traveling throughout Nebraska for three years.
“We can never forget those who sacrificed everything for our freedom,” said Bill Williams. “We must remember these American heroes and speak their names when we see their family members. This exhibit was created so it can travel easily throughout Nebraska, so that more people will have the opportunity to honor and remember Nebraska’s fallen.”
