UNMC College of Nursing invites nurses to attend informational sessions April 12 in Norfolk to learn about pursuing bachelor’s, master’s degrees

The University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Nursing invites

anyone interested in pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degrees in nursing

to attend an informational session Monday, April 12, in Norfolk. Attendees

also will learn about ways to earn a degree with greater flexibility through

Internet-based and other distance education.

The sessions will be held at the Faith Regional Health Services, West

Campus, Norfolk Room, 2700 W. Norfolk Ave. at the below times.

April 12:

4 to 5 p.m. Registered nurse to bachelors degree or masters degree

in nursing

5 to 6 p.m. Masters degree in nursing

Non-nursing courses taken to pursue a bachelor’s degree can be earned

at any accredited college and will apply toward a degree through UNMC.

UNMC nursing courses are accessible through the Internet, which offers

students the flexibility of learning at home according to their schedule.
