Christina Gregg

Christina Gregg is a new faculty member in the School of Allied Health Professions. Here’s a brief rundown of her background and the expertise she brings to UNMC.

  • New title and department at UNMC: Radiography and Cardiovascular Interventional Technology (CVIT) Clinical Coordinator

Interests:

  • Nuclear medicine clinical coordinator and staff technologist at The Nebraska Medical Center
  • Radiographer at Memorial Community Hospital, Blair, Neb.

How I fell in love with radiography:
I spent some time shadowing in radiography while attending the University of Nebraska at Kearney. The staff at the area hospital showed me how exciting radiography can be.

Three things people may not know about me:

  • I have run a few marathons and several half marathons. The past couple of races I fundraised for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and this next race I am fundraising for Juvenile Diabetes.
  • I have a daughter in college and she also is a member of the Army National Guard.
  • I am a licensed cosmetologist.
