Yasmin Meah, M.D., recipient of the Association of American Medical College’s Humanism in Medicine Award, and John Reinhart, D.D.S., dean of UNMC’s College of Dentistry, will be the keynote speakers at this year’s SHARING the Vision Conference.
Dr. Meah is the program director of the East Harlem Health Outreach Partnership (EHHOP) and director of service learning at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
The conference is for faculty and student leaders involved in, or considering involvement in, student-run free clinics. The conference program will consist of plenary sessions, networking opportunities and breakout sessions. The peer-reviewed program content will consist of three types of sessions: problem-solving sessions, roundtable discussions/works in progress and virtual poster sessions.
