New food vendor at DRC, Sorrell Center

Bighorn Mountain BBQ is the newest food vendor on campus.

They will serve $5 lunch specials on Tuesdays at the Durham Research Center Commons and Fridays at the Sorrell Center Commons.

The $5 lunch specials include a pork or brisket sandwich with chips.
Meat entree’s include pulled pork, brisket or chicken and sides include cole slaw, potato salad, mac ‘n cheese and baked beans.

The current vendor schedule, brought to you by the UNMC Sorrell Center Convenience Store, is as follows:

Durham Research Center – 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

• Mondays – Godfather’s (cash or credit card)
  
• Tuesdays – Bighorn Mountain BBQ(cash only)
  
• Wednesdays – Mr. Goodcents Subs (cash or credit card)
  
• Thursdays – Mangia Italiana (cash only)
  
• Fridays – To be announced soon
