Will provide update on Deloitte Consulting project
All employees are invited to attend Clinical Enterprise Forums on March 5 to get an update on work being done by Deloitte Consulting to create a roadmap for clinical integration and margin improvement. In addition, executive leaders will field questions and share updates on Vision 2020, the Cancer Center and Ambulatory Care project, and One Chart.
Three forums will be held. Please plan to attend or view one of the following sessions:
- 9 to 10 a.m. — Mutual of Omaha Auditorium located in the main building across the street from ECCP. Enter on west side of building.
- Noon to 1 p.m. — Durham Research Center Auditorium.
- 11 p.m. to midnight — Private Dining Rooms (University Tower).
The noon session will be broadcast to offsite locations and streamed live to PCs. Links to access this will be sent out prior to noon via email. Online capacity is limited, so when possible, please watch the live stream in groups. This session also will be videotaped and later made available on organizational intranet sites.
