Enhancements to the Gold ‘U’ Award, Silver ‘U’ Award, and Thank ‘U’ Award are just a few examples of how employee feedback from previous surveys have enriched the reward and recognition programs.
From Feb. 18 to March 4, the survey will be administered through an email from UnmcEngagementSurvey@Kenxa.com which will provide you with a link that you can click on to access the survey. The survey only takes about 15 minutes to complete.
The Engagement Survey will be administered by a qualified third-party survey organization, Kenexa. No individual responses will ever be shared. Kenexa will analyze the data and provide a summary report only.
“In 2010, 52 percent of employees responded, but this year the goal is to get 85 percent participation,” said John Russell, assistant vice chancellor of human resources. “Your feedback is extremely important, and this is a great chance to make a difference.”
