Congratulations to Devin Nickol, M.D., assistant dean for interprofessional education in Academic Affairs, who was the first person to correctly respond to Tuesday’s UNMC History 101 quiz.
Former Nebraska Gov. and U.S. Sen. Bob Kerrey was the correct answer to the quiz question, which was “Which of these well-known Nebraskans received a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from the UNMC College of Pharmacy?”
The answer options were:
- A. Warren Buffett
- B. Alexander Payne
- C. Bob Kerrey
- D. Tom Osborne
Kerrey received his bachelor’s of science in pharmacy in 1966, at which time the college was in Lincoln.
