Wellness Wednesday – Olson Center Brown Bag focused on work stress, health

Even in the best of work environments, we come across “difficult to work with” fellow employees.

At the next Olson Center Brown Bag, Marlene Schneider of the UNMC Faculty Employee Assistance Program will discuss four steps to detaching from conflict with a co-worker as well as the “stress cycle” and the “healthy coping cycle.”

When: Tuesday, Feb. 21, Noon

Where: Eppley Science Hall Amphitheater. Bring your lunch. Simple refreshments will be provided.

Registration: Seating is limited; please pre-register by calling the Olson Center at 402-559-6345. The lectures are free. However if you would like to obtain nursing credit, the cost is $10. Payment instructions will be given when you pre-register.
