Just a reminder that all health and dependent care expenses must be incurred by Dec. 31 in order to be considered for payment using 2011 Reimbursement Account funds.
Expenses must be submitted for reimbursement by March 31, 2012. After that date, any remaining unreimbursed amounts will be forfeited.
