EVS Week 2011 – Meet Debra Duke

Debra Duke

Each day this week — which is Environmental Services Week — we’ll get to know one of our campus environmental services workers who keep the medical center clean and running smooth.

Today, we meet Debra Duke, who works in the Munroe-Meyer Institute and has been at UNMC for five years.

Here are three things to know about Debra:

She loves to fish.
She once caught an 8-pound walleye in Wiota, Iowa.
She likes R&B music and her favorite singer is Teddy Pendegrass.

Debra is amazing! She is warm and friendly to everyone and her smile not only radiates but is infectious as well. Debra, along with the rest of MMI’s Environmental Services Team, is the best!
