Science Cafe to dish up the cheese tonight

Learn about the principles of cheese-making tonight from University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s Robert Hutkins, Ph.D., at the Omaha Science Cafe.

Cheese making is the focus of tonight’s Omaha Science Cafe.
Dr. Hutkins also will bring samples of his favorite cheeses to examine and taste.

Who: Dr. Hutkins is Khem Shahani Professor of Food Microbiology at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. His research is focused on how diet affects bacteria that live in the intestinal tract.
