Describe your research in laymen’s terms.

My lab studies the mechanisms of cancer metastasis and identifies molecular targets for cancer treatment.

How does your research contribute to science and/or health care?

Our research will not only provide mechanistic insight of regulation of cancer metastasis but also hopefully identify new targets for therapeutic intervention.

Dr. Michael Brattain has been a very supportive mentor to help me in many different ways. Other faculty members in the UNMC Eppley Cancer Center are vital resources for my research.
