Called EngAge Wellness, the program employs a whole-person wellness approach to optimal aging through the six dimensions of wellness — social, physical, intellectual, spiritual, emotional and vocational.

Special offerings

“This is a unique program,” said Jeannie Hannan, wellness manager for the program. “It is tailored to the specific needs of seniors. We think it will provide an exciting new option in helping individuals age more gracefully.”

The program is open to the public. Those who join before May 31 will be eligible for the special three-month introductory rate of $40 per month for individuals or $60 per month for couples. This provides individuals a chance to experience all programs and services currently offered through EngAge Wellness.
