Wellness Wednesday – Olson Center Brown Bag focused on anti-depressant alternatives

More than 170 million prescriptions are written for antidepressant medication every year.

At the next Olson Center brown bag, Dr. Josh Friedman, psychologist and holistic health counselor with Integrative Psychotherapy of Omaha, will share brain-targeted nutrient therapy strategies proven to be the most effective alternatives to medication management of depression and anxiety.

Dr. Friedman also will discuss how stress affects us at a cellular level and how we can use this information to implement brain-targeted nutritional strategies.
