Management series participants graduate

Forty-eight UNMC employees have graduated from the 2010 UNMC Management Series.

The eight-month series provides UNMC supervisors, managers and administrators with the tools to become highly effective leaders.

It also provides participants with an understanding of UNMC policies and procedures.
Sponsored by UNMC Human Resources, the UNMC Management Series covered such topics as leadership, communication, compliance, teamwork, managing change, performance management, employee motivation and diversity.
