Wellness Wednesday — Rough(age) Riders win second fruit and veggie tray

picture disc.The SLC Rough(age) Riders won the second fruit and veggie tray of the UNMC’s “High 5 Fruit and Vegetable Program.”

The team won the tray by submitting recipes such as strawberry romaine salad and something known as “A to Z Bread.”
