Three College of Medicine faculty members — the late Jud Gurney, M.D., Teresa Berg, M.D., and Jean Botha, M.D. — received the Dean’s Clinical Excellence Awards during the recent AOA/Faculty Honors Convocation.

Dr. Gurney, a professor of radiology who died last month after a long battle with stomach cancer, received the Excellence in Clinical Education award.
Dr. Berg, associate professor and McGoogan Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, received the Excellence in Clinical Practice award.
Dr. Botha, associate professor of surgery, received the Innovation in Clinical Medicine award.
