Yutong Liu,Ph.D., assistant professor in the department of radiology, has received a K25 training grant from the National Institutes of Health.
The grant — which Dr. Liu received on his first application submission — will provide Dr. Liu $700,000 over a five-year period to train in biomedicine. It also supports his research into the use of advanced MRI technology to study rodent models of HIV and associated neurodisorders.
