Health professionals needed to serve on state boards

Contact government relations to apply

UNMC’s Office of Government Relations can assist UNMC employees in their applications for state boards and committees.

The government relations office provides letters of recommendation and other guidance to help employees secure such positions.

Those interested in applying for a board or committee position should contact Sara Cizek-Going, J.D., in the government relations office at 559-6671 or scizek@unmc.edu to start the application process.

Interested employees should act quickly, though, as the application deadline for many of the current open positions is Aug. 1.
