That’s the theme behind a series in UNMC Today called “Lookin’ at U.”

Each Thursday, we will randomly select a medical center employee to feature. This week, we feature Linda Spellman, an office associate in ITS video services.

Here, in her own words, are five fun facts about Linda.

I have two children — Nicole and Kevin.
I enjoy planting flowers, shopping and going to estate sales.
I love music and dancing — when I was young I wanted to dance on Broadway.
I love most sports — especially college football and baseball.
I have a cockatiel named Elmo and two cats — Sneakers and Mini. Mini was rescued in Louisiana following the Hurricane Katrina disaster.
