ITS is urging all Lotus Notes users to clear the clutter from their e-mail accounts.
To assist you in this process, ITS will be implementing an automated reminder when your e-mail box is getting full. Just as employees are responsible for managing paper records, employees also are responsible for managing their electronic records including e-mail. All documents are to be maintained in accordance with the record retention schedule.
In addition, ITS will be implementing a long term storage solution in order to maintain the performance of your Lotus Notes e-mail box. Additional information will be forthcoming.
