There are still spaces available for UNMC faculty, staff and students to attend today’s employee roundtable session, which will focus on health care access and involve a discussion with University Medical Associates about how to improve service and accessibility to healthcare providers on campus. 
Jane Harris, director, employee relations, Human Resources, will moderate the noon to 1 p.m. session in Wittson Hall, Room 3042. Lunch will be provided for those who reserved seats. Others are welcome to bring their lunch.
The employee roundtable — the first in a series being co-sponsored by Human Resources and Public Affairs — will provide employees with an opportunity to discuss a variety of issues or topics of importance to the UNMC community.
UMA is working to become the healthcare provider of choice for UNMC employees and is interested in hearing what they can do to attract and retain employee and their families as patients, Harris said.
