Sponsored Programs Administration and the Office of Budget and Analysis are co-hosting “hands-on” training sessions about the mysteries contained in the new NIH forms. To unravel the mystery, attend the Sept. 19 campus training session.
The NIH began requiring the use of new forms Jan. 1. September’s informational training sessions are designed to:
- Reveal buried secrets of new NIH forms;
- Reduce anxiety of cost accounting standards;
- Disclose inside information on how SPA reviews grants;
- Discover new keys to NIH guidelines;
- Unravel clues to complete new NIH forms; and
- Dispel the mystery of Facilities and Administration (F&A) costs (previously known as indirect costs).
To accommodate as many people as possible, participants can choose to attend a morning (9 to 11 a.m.) or afternoon (1 to 3 p.m.) session in the Eppley Science Amphitheater.
