Beginning May 1, parking permits for UNMC and Nebraska Medicine for fiscal year 2025-26 can be purchased through an online portal, accessible at this parking link.
Renewals must be made by June 30; those that occur after June 30 must be made in person at UNMC Parking Services. There is no fee increase for fiscal year 2025-2026.
To renew a current permit, log in to the med center parking portal with a network login ID and password. An account has been created for all UNMC and Nebraska Medicine employees. Do not log in as a guest, as users will not be able to access current parking information or save vehicle information for future use. Take a moment to confirm that the vehicle information is up to date. Accurate records are essential to avoid any delays or issuance of citations.
If anyone currently parks with a carpool parking pass, they should stop by the UNMC Parking Services office. Carpool renewals must be made in person.
As part of the renewal process, users will be asked for their home address so that the new parking permit can be mailed. The entire balance will not be paid at one time. When selecting “pay now,” payroll deductions will be authorized.
Parking fees do not generate revenue for the medical center. They cover annual operating expenses, such as maintenance of lots, snow removal, security, equipment, lot improvements and administrative costs. Prices are subject to change.
