46 faculty members accepted to iLEAD program

The UNMC Office of Faculty Development and an interprofessional committee of UNMC faculty leaders have selected 46 faculty for the 2025-2026 iLEAD (Interprofessional Leadership for Excellence and Academic Development) certificate program. This program is designed to equip faculty with leadership skills to navigate the complexities of today’s academic and health care environments.

Beginning in the fall, the cohort will spend 10 months studying, refining and applying their leadership skills through monthly trainings and collaborative projects.

“This year’s applications for iLEAD reveal deeply rooted leadership capacity and potential for incredible growth,” said Amanda Zangrillo, PsyD, BCBA-D, iLEAD planning committee member and a program graduate. “I am excited to see how iLEAD will nurture this cohort’s strengths and enhance their impact at UNMC.”
